Renee Donelson MA, ATC-L, CSCS, USA Cycling Coach has been helping individuals reach their fitness and rehabilitation goals for the past 10 years. She has a BS in Athletic Training from Slippery Rock University and a MA Degree in Exercise and Sport Science-Athletic Training from UNC-Chapel Hill. She has extensive experience assisting athletes of all levels to reach their fitness goals.

Renee is a a two time Women's Cat 4 Time Trial Champion at Lowe's Motor Speedway and a past winner of the Rock Hill Patriot's Trail Road Race. Her most recent achievment is the 30-34 Age Group winner for the SheRox Charlotte Triathlon in June 2008.  She has competed in numerous charity cycling and running events.

To date she has helped many reach their goals by designing then implementing many different health & fitness plans (weight loss, cardiovascular, strength, flexibility & injury rehabilitation).
