Custom plans for beginner to experienced athletes
We create an easy to follow plan to help you reach your goals
Coaching Services
You tell us your goals, responsibilities, and schedule. We design simple, easy to follow 16-week training plans designed for the runner, cyclist or multi-sport athlete. Cost $600. Month to Month plans are $175. Both include a one-time $50 set-up fee.
Each plan includes:
- initial 1 hour consultation
- follow-up 30 min. phone calls every three to four weeks initiated by athlete
- email and telephone access to coach as needed
- program changes/updates (if needed)
- on-line access to your training log
- fitness test recommendations
Strength Training Plans
For individuals interested in improved athletic performance, weight loss/gain, increased strength, injury prevention, improved health and wellness, we offer 12-week custom strength programs. Cost $325
Package includes:
- initial pre-training evaluation
- body fat analysis
- biomechanical analysis
- fitness testing - strength, endurance, flexibility
- nutritional recommdations
- goal setting
- demonstration of proper technique
- custom plan based on YOU!
One-on-one Personal Training Sessions
For those who want the attention that only a Certified Professional can provide during their workouts, we have one-on-one personal training. Plans are focused on your specific goals. Each workout is tailored to your specific fitness goals. We keep it fun and educational to help you stay focused while enjoying your workout. For the individuals with children, we encourage you to bring your child to your session at no additional cost. We can build in a workout to include your child or he/she can simply play in the room while you are training with the personal trainer. Again, THERE ARE NO ADDITIONAL FEES IF CHILDREN ARE INCLUDED.
We include:
- strength training
- circuit training
- sport specific training
- post-rehabilitative programs
- injury prevention programs
- weight loss/gain programs.
Sessions are approximately 60 minutes in length, performed in the comfort of your own home or at your gym(management permitting). We make use of equipment you currently have or make suggestions if you are in need of any additional tools. Clients schedule as often as needed. The choice is yours-we customize the program to your needs. Cost is $75/hr. 10 Sessions - $720
Continuing Education
In an effort to also provide educational support, we offer lectures on a variety of health, fitness and nutritional topics. If your group desires information on a specific topic just let us know. We can customize the program to fit your needs. Please inquire for scheduling if your community group, church or business is in need.
